1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using nebulapeps.com (the "Site") or purchasing any product from Nebula Peptides LLC ("Nebula Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or purchase our products.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold by Nebula Labs are intended exclusively for in vitro research and laboratory use. They are not approved for human or veterinary use. By purchasing any product, you represent that you are a qualified researcher and that you will use all products solely for lawful research purposes. 3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Site or purchase products. By using the Site, you represent that you are 21 or older. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot confirm their age or eligibility.

4. Account Registration

You may create an account to manage orders and access order history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected].

5. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

We will notify you if your order is cancelled and issue a full refund if payment has already been processed.

6. Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store full payment card details.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship exclusively within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (research chemicals), all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess and resolve legitimate claims at our discretion through replacement or refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Nebula Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEBULA LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR OUR PRODUCTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nebula Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of any product.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Nebula Labs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
